Parade celebrated another year of life with a traditional cake and a not so traditional pack of 48 nuggets on Tuesday.

Being a handypianist himself, Parade had played up to grade three as a teenager.

He later gave away the classical music for more contemporary tunes –what a big mistake!

He later picked up the classical songs again in 2012, come his HSC performance.
